Quirky Cork's Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

Returns are allowed within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.  You will receive the amount of the purchase minus any shipping and handling fees.  All items should be returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging and tags.  Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. 

In lieu of exchanges, we request that you return your item for refund and then place a new order.  We cannot guarantee the item you want to exchange for will be available once your exchange is received via mail due to the unique and limited quantity of the products that we offer.  Customer is responsible for new shipping costs. 

Return Instructions

Please email quirkycork@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return.  We will provide you with a return number that must accompany your returned item.  Quirky Cork does not cover return shipping.  We recommend that you get a tracking number for your item. Quirky Cork is not responsible for any items lost in transit.  We will not accept any packages with COD or duty fees still owed. 

Discounted Items

All transactions for items sold at a discount are final.  No returns or exchanges will be allowed for discounted items.
